Needs Assessment
The more we know about our local community, the better we can help.
A community needs assessment is an important tool we use in identifying gaps in services to families & individuals.
We use the answers gathered from the survey to plan services to close service gaps. The goal is to improve self-sufficiency through effective & meaningful programs.
There are two different assessment surveys.
One for residents of Northumberland, Columbia, and Montour Counties to complete and the other for agency needs.
