It is your right, as a Pennsylvania resident, to have access to safe and affordable housing, free from discrimination.

The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (families with children under 18), or disability in the sale, rental, and or financing of dwellings. Additionally, Pennsylvania's Human Relations Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of age and or the use of a support animal.

If you experience discrimination you have a right to report it.
