Emergency Rental Assistance Program/ERAP Re-Opened only in MONTOUR County

 

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY is now CLOSED as of 9/5/2024

 

Northumberland County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) has exhausted all of its Grant funding.  CSO is no longer accepting applications for Northumberland County.  

The Montour County Emergency Rental Assistance Program(ERAP) will resume accepting applications on Thursday, August 1, 2024. 

Prioritization is given to first time applicants. 

 

El Programa de Asistencia de Alquiler de Emergencia (ERAP) del Condado de Northumberland ha agotado todos sus fondos de subvención. CSO ya no acepta solicitudes para el Condado de Northumberland.​

 

El Programa de Asistencia de Emergencia para el Alquiler (ERAP) del condado de Montour volverá a aceptar solicitudes el jueves 1 de agosto de 2024.

Se da prioridad a quienes solicitan por primera vez.

Eligibility Requirements

If you or anyone in your household has:

  • Qualified for unemployment benefits

  • Lost income, or experienced other financial hardship due directly or indirectly to COVID-19

  • Been at risk of homelessness or have a past due utility

Priority is given to households including any of the following: 

  • Those with income at or below 50% of the area median

  • One or more individuals within the household are unemployed as of the date of application for assistance & have not been employed for the 90-day period preceding such date
