At Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO), we help job seekers across Northumberland, Columbia, Montour, Union, Snyder, Mifflin, Clinton, Lycoming, and Centre counties find employment, prepare for interviews, and secure jobs that align with their skills and career goals.
We coordinate PA CareerLink services in Bloomsburg, Sunbury, Williamsport, and Lock Haven in partnership with Advance Central PA. We also launched Pennsylvania’s first mobile career center, The Link.

Finding the right job can be overwhelming, but we make it easier by connecting you with opportunities that match your skills, experience, and interests. Whether you’re new to job searching or re-entering the workforce, we provide personalized guidance to help you succeed.

Job Fairs and Hiring Events
We organize job fairs and employer recruitment events to help you connect directly with hiring companies. These events provide a great opportunity to learn about open positions, meet recruiters, and make a strong impression.

Resume and Cover Letter Assistance
A strong resume and cover letter can make a big difference in landing a job. Our staff will help you craft documents highlighting your skills and experience in a way that stands out to employers.

Career Coaching and Planning
Our career specialists help you assess your strengths, explore job options, and create a career plan that fits your long-term goals. We provide support every step of the way, from identifying training opportunities to preparing for interviews.

Workshops and Skills Training
We offer free workshops designed to help you develop essential job search and workplace skills. Topics include resume writing, interview techniques, workplace communication, and career advancement strategies.

Reboot Program
If you or someone in your family has been affected by the opioid crisis, we provide specialized career services to help you regain stability. Our program offers career counseling, paid work experience, on-the-job training, tuition assistance, and additional support services to help you overcome employment barriers.
The Link –
Pennsylvania’s First Mobile Career Center

The Link brings job search support directly to communities in the region. Whether you need career guidance, resume assistance, or help finding job opportunities, The Link provides free, mobile employment services.

-Equipped with seven computers, free internet, a printer, and resume-building tools

-Presentation screen for workshops and employer events
Partnering for Success

EARN (Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network)
Partnering with County Assistance Offices (CAOs), the EARN Program strives to serve families who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), individuals receiving SNAP, and others referred to the program through their CAO caseworker.
The EARN team comprises Program Leads, Wellness Coaches, Job Developers, Workshop Instructors, Workforce Specialists, and a Program Supervisor. Staff within EARN work to provide quality case management, employment and interest-based workshops, skills training, retention services, incentive services, and supportive services to help participants obtain and maintain employment.
