Community Needs Assessment

A Community Needs Assessment identifies and prioritizes a community’s needs, helping guide programs, policies, and services that address them effectively. This process ensures resources are used wisely and supports funding priorities and grant proposals.

Key steps include defining the population, gathering data, capturing diverse community voices, and transforming those insights into actionable data. Common tools include online surveys, interactive maps, workshops, and focus groups.

By understanding the community's needs, we can make informed decisions and drive meaningful change.
