Workforce Solutions

Through a partnership with Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation, we coordinate Pennsylvania CareerLink® services in Bloomsburg, Sunbury, Williamsport, and Lock Haven. We offer custom solutions to employers located in Northumberland, Columbia, Montour, Lycoming, Snyder, Union, Mifflin, Clinton, and Center counties during all business cycles. Our staff can help address your needs during down cycles; when business is strong, we can help with recruitment and placement or with employee training and talent development. Our services are based on a strong understanding of local workforce trends and personalized relationships with local employers. We also coordinate a mobile career center – The Link.

Important Links

The Link is the first mobile career center in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania! The Link travels to neighborhoods across the region to help job seekers and employers connect. When visiting The Link, you can help you set career goals, create a resume, learn about employers, and find a job. We also facilitate hiring events for local employers. This state-of-the-art van has seven computers, internet service, a printer, and a presentation screen. The Link is ADA-accessible and services are offered at no cost to the public.
